Swami Samarpan Ashram offers a peaceful and traditional environment for sincere spiritual seekers, yoga practitioners, meditators, and volunteers who wish to experience authentic Ashram life amidst the serene Himalayan atmosphere.

Accommodation

Minimum Stay: 3 Days

Air-Conditioned Rooms (Per Day)

Single Occupancy: ₹1,500

Double Occupancy: ₹1,800

Non-Air-Conditioned Rooms (Per Day)

Single Occupancy: ₹800

Double Occupancy: ₹1,100


Sattvic Meal Charges

Breakfast: ₹200

Lunch: ₹200

Dinner: ₹200

Tea

Black Tea: ₹40 per cup

Milk Tea: ₹50 per cup


Karma Yoga (Seva) – An Essential Part of Ashram Life

All guests staying at Swami Samarpan Ashram are requested to participate in Karma Yoga (Selfless Service) as an integral part of the traditional Ashram lifestyle.

Minimum Requirement:

1 hour of Karma Yoga/Seva/Volunteer Service per day for all accommodation guests.

If you enjoy your stay and wish to remain longer, you are welcome to continue participating in our Karma Yoga Programme, assisting in the maintenance and development of the Ashram according to your abilities.


Volunteer Ashram Stay

We also offer long-term Ashram accommodation for sincere volunteers.

House Rules

These rules apply to all Guests, Students, Devotees, Visitors, and Residents.

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking.

All payments are non-refundable.

2. No Alcohol or Drugs

Alcohol, smoking, tobacco, vaping, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the Ashram premises.

3. Ashram Gate

The main gate remains closed daily from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM for security purposes.

4. Silence

Please observe complete silence between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for the monastic environment and those engaged in meditation, Yoga, and Vedic studies.

5. Arrival Information

Please inform the Ashram of your expected arrival time in advance.

6. Check-in Requirements

Guests must present:

Valid Photo ID

Passport (for foreign nationals)

Visa (if applicable)

Special requests are subject to availability.

7. Bank Transfer

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is mandatory. Banking instructions will be provided after confirmation.

8. Security Deposit

A refundable ₹2,000 security deposit is required upon arrival.

The deposit will be refunded in cash during check-out after inspection of the room.

9. Visitors

Visitors are not permitted inside residential areas or guest rooms.

Meetings with visitors may take place only near the main gate or in the banana garden.

10. Outside Food

Food containing eggs, meat, fish, or any non-vegetarian items is strictly prohibited.

11. Electricity

Please switch off lights, fans, and electrical appliances before leaving your room.

12. Room Keys

Please keep the room key at the designated key area when leaving the Ashram.

13. Locks

Guests may not use personal locks or replace Ashram locks.

14. Safe Deposit

Safe deposit facilities are available for valuables.

15. Bathrooms

Please leave bathrooms and toilets clean after every use.

Toilet paper is not provided.

16. Dress Code

Guests are requested to dress modestly and respectfully in accordance with Indian culture and traditional monastic Ashram life.

17. Cooking

Personal cooking is not permitted either inside guest rooms or in the Ashram kitchen.

Complete the Ashram Application Form.

Please include:

  • A recent Medical Fitness Certificate confirming that you are in good physical and mental health (mandatory).
  • A copy of your identification documents.

Once your application is approved, payment instructions will be provided.

  • All bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
  • Accommodation and course fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Admission is subject to acceptance of all Ashram rules and regulations.
